| | | Astronaut Training Imagine needing to spend several months floating weightless in a Mars Transport Vehicle. You will train for an interplanetary space mission using our Microgravity Lab, Spaceship Training Facility, and our newest training facility, Mars: Expedition Valles Marineris, with its new rock climbing wall and computer guided Martian exploration. This elective is your only opportunity to use our QUEST and ASTRO lab facilities. We recommend it to all of our campers… Astronaut training is for you! | | GPS Geocaching It’s good ole' fashion treasure hunt and we have the map! A geocache is a treasure left by someone for you to find using a hand-held Global Positioning System (GPS) unit and a clue! In this class you will take trips around Astrocamp as well as into the San Jacinto Mountains to search for the hidden items. Be sure to look everywhere because the suprises might be tucked away in the smallest of places.
