Course 131: Catalina Exploring
Toyon Bay is a great place, but sometimes you just gotta' get out! See a little more of the island in a series of Suburban rides, easy hikes, and one kayak excursion. Seek and find a geocache or two using GPS devices. Endemic species and beautiful canyon views present a fresh perspective on what life used to be like for the original inhabitants of the island.

Course 132: Extreme Exploring
Let's go somewhere! In this course we'll get out and explore our backyard, hike to exciting places in the Catalina interior and also be on the water in kayaks. By exerting a little effort, you earn the pleasures of beautiful vistas, infrequently traveled trails, and interesting coastlines. This class is for those who don't mind a little huffing and sweating. Be some of the chosen few who really get extreme at camp.
Prerequisite: Campers must be 14 or older, NOT in diving classes 103 or 104, and in good physical condition.
